Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are typically fulfilled on the same or next business day. Shipping generally takes about 2-7 business days to arrive within Canada, but are subject to any delays the carrier may experience. You will receive a shipping tracker number which will send live updates on package status. We use all major carrier companies (UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, Purolator) and will generally select carrier based on fastest estimated shipping time to your location.
Cancelling Orders or Changing Order
If you would like to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of placing the order, and our friendly customer service team will be right with you! This can also be done for changing sizes, colour, or delivery address.
To help expedite the process, please include your name, order number, and how you would like to modify your order.
We're very confident you won't want to give your sheets back! We offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your product. The product does not need to be in it's original state, but should be in it's original packaging!
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Send an email with your order number and product, and we will send a pre-paid shipping label back. We would also appreciate knowing the reason for the return. Once the product is confirmed received, we will issue a full refund. That's right! We even pay for the shipping back!
Please return all original items that came with the set (Fitted Sheet, Pillow Cases, Pillow Shams, Duvet Cover). If a set does not return with all items, Snoozy Monk reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee per missing item.
Especially due to the current situation with COVID-19, Snoozy Monk will not restock any opened returned products for resale. Rest assured, your sheets ordered will be brand new from the mill!
